The original size of 95 grams was born for bluefin tunas in Adriatic waters in Italy, but in practice it has been effective on a wide variety of gamefishes all around the world, so to spawn new sizes that will be available soon.
It's built with light and strong wood but suited to tangle with monsters as it is supported by a 2 mm through wire that can withstand any size of fish. Angle and depth of the mouth permit a very easy popping action even in distance and also with rods with tip not so stiff as the dedicated tuna rods. It can takes a wide variety of hooks: suggested choice are Owner ST66 in 3/0 or comparable ones, but it supports also 4/0 or single hooks in the 7/0 - 8/0 range. SIZE:

TUN-ROVVERO IL POPPER DA TONNO
E' un popper molto stabile, la misura originale è la taglia perfetta per la pesca del tonno bluefin nei mari Italiani, ma nella pratica si è rivelato molto catturante ovunque in giro per il mondo tanto da generare altre misure presto in arrivo. Costruito con legno leggero ma attrezzato per i mostri, è supportato da un'armatura di acciaio da 2 mm, assolutamente affidabile in ogni circostanza. L'angolazione e profondità della bocca consentono un'estrema facilità di poppata anche in distanza e con canne dalla vetta non troppo dura come le tipiche tuna rods. Supporta una gran varietà di ami e ancorette: la base son due ancorette Owner ST66 del 3/0 o equivalenti, ma ci si può spingere alle 4/0 o armarlo con ami singoli 7/0
